Identity Verification Policy

Knuckles Adventure reserves the right to verify the identity of any participant at any time prior to or during an activity. All participants must be prepared to present a valid government-issued identification document upon request.

If fraudulent documentation, false information, or any form of misrepresentation is identified, our guides and authorized personnel reserve the right to immediately cancel the activity for the individual concerned. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be provided.

Bookings and Payments

Any items or services not expressly stated under the package inclusions will be charged separately.

Reservations are confirmed and prioritized based on the order in which advance payments are received. To secure your preferred date, we strongly recommend making the required advance payment at the earliest opportunity.

A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the commencement of the tour.

An official invoice or receipt will be issued for every payment made to us as proof of transaction.

Participants will be held responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to equipment or property during the tour. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the individual concerned or, where applicable, to the organizing committee.

Disclaimer for Personal Belongings

Knuckles Adventure places the highest priority on the safety and well-being of all participants. However, we expressly disclaim any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including but not limited to electronic devices, jewelry, wearable items, cash, or other valuables. Participants are strongly advised not to bring high-value items on our expeditions.

Participants are solely responsible for the care and security of their personal belongings at all times. We encourage all individuals to exercise appropriate caution and discretion when deciding which items to bring on any tour or activity.

In the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal property, Knuckles Adventure, its affiliates, and staff shall not be held liable under any circumstances. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer and waive any claims against Knuckles Adventure arising from such incidents.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All activities may be delayed, postponed, or substituted with alternative tours due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.

Please note that the advance payment of 30% required to confirm your booking is non-refundable.

Whenever possible, any cancellations or rescheduling due to weather or operational reasons will be communicated at the time of reservation, after reviewing weather reports.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests arising from the participant’s own circumstances will not be eligible for refunds.

If Knuckles Adventure initiates a cancellation or termination of the activity (excluding cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions), a full refund of the amount paid will be issued, less any applicable banking or border-crossing fees.

No refunds will be provided once the hike or activity has commenced.

Modification or Rescheduling

Participants may request to modify or reschedule their hike, subject to availability and mutual agreement. All requests for changes must be communicated at least two weeks in advance to allow adequate time for adjustments.
