We understand that plans can change, and circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of your hiking expedition. To ensure a smooth process and fair treatment for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1.Cancellation Period:
The hike can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation notice is provided at least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date.
We will refund you the full amount paid, deducting banking and border crossing fees.
2.Payment Requirement:
An advance payment of 30% of the total cost is required at least before a month to secure your reservation. The remaining 70% of the balance payment must be completed before the scheduled start of the hike.
3.Refund Procedure:
If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe (At least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date), a full refund will be issued. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to be completed.
In the event of a cancellation or termination initiated by our company (Except natural disasters or extreme weather conditions), we will refund you the full amount paid, deducting banking and border crossing fees.
We are not refunding any amounts after the hike starts.
4.Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within less than 2 weeks of the hike’s scheduled start date may result in a partial or no refund. This is due to the logistical and preparatory work already undertaken on your behalf.
No refunds or rescheduling will be done for cancellations made due to an issue from the customers’ end.
5.Modification or Rescheduling:
Participants may inquire about modifying or rescheduling their hike, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Any changes must be communicated well in advance.
6.Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, the activities might be delayed, postponed, or substituted with an alternative tour due to adverse weather.
We will reschedule to the next available date as per your convenience or provide you with a different package option of the same value, or refund 70% of the full amount of the tour package.
Whenever possible, the cancellation or postponement of activities will be communicated at the time of reservation after consulting weather reports.
If any adverse weather conditions arise during the trip, there will be no refund (Reserved and operate all arrangements).
Participants will be promptly informed of any changes.
